Many of my students and clients are seasoned movers:
yoginis and yogis, dancers, athletes,
fitness enthusiasts, weekend warriors, etc.

I also help people who work at desks,
spend too much time on the screen,
and are ready and motivated for change
to make significant
shifts of habit and routine,
tune in more deeply,
and tend to their embodied wellbeing.

I am open to connecting about a range of experiential and body topics,
and welcome questions, curiosities, and discussions
as to whether we may be a good fit.






Over the years, I have witnessed people recover beautifully from
all kinds of health challenges by committing to take excellent care of themselves.

I have also successfully navigated the terrain of my own healing
from acute & chronic injuries of the varieties that befall seasoned movers
and from the challenges of hypermobility.

I enjoy rolling around on things, rolling things around on my Self,
playing with my breath, and exploring in nature.

I spend significant time on the floor, in the water, and wandering or dancing barefoot.
I have neither watched the news nor owned a couch in many years.

All of my offerings are rooted in a deep experiential understanding of 
myofascial, visceral, craniosacral & lymphatic fluid dynamics, 
yoga, somatic movement, and embodied awareness practices.
